Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping & Delivery
At Skin North, we provide standard delivery for all orders to any address in Singapore. However, we do not deliver to PO boxes, military and restricted areas, checkpoints, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

Skin North also provide international delivery to most countries that our logistic partner is affiliated in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, we focus on getting your orders to you quickly, promptly and safely.

To find out the list of countries we deliver to and its postage charges, you may select an item and proceed to the checkout page. Once you have entered your delivery address and details, we will calculate the charges automatically. Our charges are based on the volume weight of your order (taxes/duties not included).


2. Order status & Tracking
We aim to process all orders within 5 - 7 working days from the date of order (excluding weekend and public holidays). This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of orders.


Singapore delivery
Once your order is sent for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. You should receive your order with 2 working days from the date of notification. 

International delivery
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistic partner and their affiliations. However, rest assured that your order is on its way to you safely. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number of your order via email.
