Exchange Policy

We believe strongly in our products and their quality. It is therefore important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, kindly contact us via our contact form and we will be glad to assist you accordingly.

1. Conditions of Exchange
The product(s) must be in its original packaging. It must be unused and in the original condition.

2. Validity for Exchange
All exchanges need to be raised within 30 days of the invoice date for Singapore orders, and 20 days for international orders. 

3. Other Terms & Conditions
All product(s) purchased from Skin North can be exchanged once.

Skin North reserves all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange does not meet our terms.

Exchange is not entitled to item(s) purchasing wrongly or damaged from improper storage.
